Our family had a great experience with our rental experience from Chris at Jax boat rental. We rented a pontoon boat on Mother’s Day and Chris was where he said he would be be when he said he’d be there. The equipment was in excellent condition and already in the water with all safety gear aboard. Chris went over how to operate the GPS and other equipment. I was on vacation visiting friends with my family. We rented a pontoon boat and had the best time cruising around downtown Jacksonville. We saw manatee, lots of dolphins and had a great time. Chris was so nice and helpful, the boat was incredibly fun, took it all day and went to the buckman then all the way up to downtown. I looked up a bunch of options for day rentals and they honestly have the best rental rates. Customer service was honestly amazing and we will definitely rent with them again.
