Chris is great to work with. This was our first rental and the morning renter was late coming back but Chris made everything right with us. He cleans the boats very well between rentals and makes the whole experience pleasant. We'll be back again.

Chris was so nice and helpful, the boat was incredibly fun, took it all day and went to the buckman then all the way up to downtown. I looked up a bunch of options for day rentals and they honestly have the best rental rates. Customer service was honestly amazing and we will definitely rent with them again.

I was on vacation visiting friends with my family. We rented a pontoon boat and had the best time cruising around downtown Jacksonville. We saw manatee, lots of dolphins and had a great time. The next day we towed the kids around on a tube and had a blast.

Our family had a great experience with our rental experience from Chris at Jax boat rental. We rented a pontoon boat on Mother’s Day and Chris was where he said he would be be when he said he’d be there. The equipment was in excellent condition and already in the water with all safety gear aboard. Chris went over how to operate the GPS and other equipment. We left the dock and had a fabulous family day out. The equipment performed flawlessly. We highly recommend renting from here.

My family and I had an amazing experience renting from Chris, from the beginning to end. Chris is a fast and easy person to communicate with when scheduling the rental boat and when needed. He had the boat ready to go and is very charismatic, knowledgeable person upon greeting. He made our surprise Mother's day boating trip/picnic all the more special.
